If you want to eat/bake using less sugar check out my own recipe collection for desserts, puds and tea-time treats but for more ideas re day to day living you could try www.peasandfigs.co.uk which features a whole range of recipes covering all sorts of intolerances and allergies. Made from an all natural mix of just fruits and nuts squished up together with no added sugar. Some of them are also wheat, dairy and gluten free. My favourites - Nakd Banana Crunch, Cocoa Delight and the Gingerbread one. Easily available at local supermarkets , Holland & Barrett stores and online at www.hollandandbarrett.com . Lovely for a quick snack. |
