Coaching To Improve Wellbeing.
Coaching is a confidential, 1-1 highly supportive process which gives you the time and space to reflect on issues in your life to heighten self awareness. The entire focus is looking toward the future with the coach supporting and encouraging you to address personal issues and make the positive changes you choose to make, to move towards a position of greater wellbeing.
The driving force of the Free from Coach is to help those who want to help themselves in order to increase their sense of personal wellbeing. She is empathic and sensitive and has worked with individuals on a 1-1 basis for over 10 years. |
She is a qualified Coach and has experience of a wide selection of tools and techniques including MTQ48 , a tool designed to measure mental toughness/resilience.
